REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the Bingeworthy Bundle (“TBB”), Five Figure Instagram (“FFI”), Live Launch Academy (“LLA”), Business Expansion Blueprint (“BEB”), High Ticket Sales System (“HTSS”), Massive Passive Income Academy (“MPIA”), and/or Sophisticated CEO Suite (“SCS”) course(s)/package(s). While we unfortunately cannot offer a money-back guarantee, we do offer a 14-day refund for all individual course purchases; and a 30-day refund for SCS on the condition that proof is provided; we want to see that you gave the course/(s) or SCS an honest effort on most of the modules, and that it unfortunately, did not work for you.
Individual Courses (which shall include TBB, FFI, LLA, BEB, HTSS, or MPIA)
In the event that you have not been able to achieve any results from the strategies you implemented throughout all modules within the course or course(s) that you are seeking a refund for, please contact Team Bungalow Support at hello@thesocialbungalow.com within the first 14 days from the date you purchased Bingeworthy Bundle (“TBB”), Five Figure Instagram (“FFI”), Live Launch Academy (“LLA”), Business Expansion Blueprint (“BEB”), High Ticket Sales System (“HTSS”), and/or Massive Passive Income Academy (“MPIA”) and let us know if you would like a refund. Your request for a refund must be accompanied by:
- A showing of 75% of the specific course or course(s) that you are seeking a refund for; and
- Completed course work with respect to the specific course or course(s) that you are seeking a refund for.
If you request a refund and do not include your coursework alongside your request, you will not be granted a refund.
Sophisticated CEO Suite
In the event that you have not been able to achieve any results from the strategies you implemented throughout all modules within the course or course(s) that you are seeking a refund for, please contact Team Bungalow Support at hello@thesocialbungalow.com within the first 30 days from the date you purchased Sophisticated CEO Suite (“SCS”) and let us know if you would like a refund. Your request for a refund must be accompanied by:
- A showing of 75% of the courses within SCS; and
- Completion of Year Plan - Business Expansion Blueprint
- Completion of Revenue Roadmap - Business Expansion Blueprint
- Content Pillars + 30 Day Content Plan - The Bingeworthy Bundle
If you request a refund and do not include your coursework alongside your request, you will not be granted a refund.
If you are granted a refund, TSB is entitled to deduct the following from your refund:
· ($97) for the cost of the binder provided (unless the binder is returned unused and in good shape, which shall be at the discretion of TSB);
· ($300) if a feedback credit was redeemed (meaning TSB provided 1 month of material audit).
We will NOT provide refund requests for purchases made more than the number of days referenced above. After the final dates stated above, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the course/package regardless if you complete the course or modules.
TSB Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the TSB’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
PAYMENT PLANS
If you have elected to enroll in an installment payment plan for any of the courses/packages we offer, you agree to also authorize the charges on your credit card or other payment method. By signing up for the payment plan, you also agree to pay your balance in full by the date specified on your payment plan until your payment plan is complete, as set forth by way of your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.

You also acknowledge that the credit card(s) or payment method(s) you use to purchase any payment plan for any individual course or package will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payback period. If for any reason my payment is declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. If your credit card cannot be charged on the date specified by The Social Bungalow LLC reserves the right to revoke your access to that product.

You also understand and agree that you will be charged a late fee of 1% for each month that your account is due and owing for any reason whatsoever. The Social Bungalow LLC reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

LIFETIME* ACCESS

You shall have access to any of the course(s) or SCS for the lifetime of that course, for as long as TSB continues to run Bingeworthy Bundle (“TBB”), Five Figure Instagram (“FFI”), Live Launch Academy (“LLA”), Business Expansion Blueprint (“BEB”), High Ticket Sales System (“HTSS”), Massive Passive Income Academy (“MPIA”), and/or Sophisticated CEO Suite (“SCS”).


REVOCATION OF ACCESS

You have the unilateral right to terminate your use and access to any of the aforementioned courses or packages, however your unilateral termination will not excuse you of further payment. If you have violated any of the terms stated herein, The Social Bungalow LLC reserves the right to revoke access to the courses or packages immediately.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS

You understand and agree that in the event that you initiate a chargeback and/or merchant dispute with your issuing bank for any courses or packages available from The Social Bungalow LLC that you have in fact received and owe payment for, and you are successful in recovering the disputed funds that would otherwise be owed to us, we will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that you did receive delivery of your products including this Chargeback Policy, as well as our Refund Policy.

Further we reserve the right to issue you an invoice for any and all products that The Social Bungalow LLC has sold and delivered to you. You hereby agree to pay the full invoice in the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated. Should you ultimately fail to make appropriate payment, we reserve the right to pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies available by law.
